Due to the nature of our products being meat/seafood we are unable to take returns. Please note that all products must be stored frozen. Once opened they must be cooked if raw to required temperature that is located on the safe handling label. If your product you purchased is fully cooked once unfrozen and open it must be consumed in 2 days and stored in the refrigerator.
